The objective is to provide a project management and architecture level of information, so that the steering committee and architecture team reviews and approvals can be accomplished.>

Rationale

<The rationale fleshes out the specification by describing what motivated the proposal and why particular design decisions were made. It should describe alternate designs that were considered and related work that might help reviewers understand the solution.>
