Review of Status of 2.10 release
The topic today was to review status to determine if we were ready to set the SOURCE_FREEZE Tag. In bug review bug 8736 became critical because we agreed that incorporating it would cause us to have to stop CHO testing and restart after fixed.
Bug 8736 - We generally agreed that bug 8736 is legitimate. We agreed that we really do not want to change behavior even if the behavior is not widely used. This means that the real issue is with bug 8731 not bug 8736.
The conclusion was that we have to reset the Source Freeze tag based on getting this fix incorporated. This means a)Stop CHO testing. b) redo the Source Freeze tage after after bug 8731 is finished. We want to get 8736 and 8731 into 2.10.
Ventkat brought up 8737. We agreed to Mark all these as 2.10 targets.
Note HP had not started CHO testing so there was no real time loss here.
