1. Conducted a review in preperation for source freeze:
CONCLUSION: Since we still have outstanding bugs, we cannot do the source freeze until at least beginning of week of 24 January. We will monitor the bug status to determine when we can tag the source freeze.
a. Blocker Bugs
There are at least 2 blocker bugs that either have not been closed, approved or committed. Note that there are seveal older bugs marked as blocker that we must clear including:
6091 - from 2.7 status unknown
6968 - version unspecified
7462 - version 2.8 windows server failure.
8652 - Declared as 2.9.1 but since windows, one can never be sure
The following are apparently the Blockers that are currently being worked:
8692 - valgrind issue
8693 - slp compile error on win32
8696 - Approved, apparently committed but bug not marked fixed.
b. 2.10 target bugs
8690 - KS, extension to cimcli
8694 - Correction to cimcli - Patch available for ballot.
In addition we discussed documentation status including:
PEP status
PEPS with code in 2.10 but not in approved group
311 not moved to approved
350 - not moved to approved
Other PEPS for 2.10 release
355 - Release notes. Preliminary version up for comments before review
351-355 - Available for review. Note that a ballot has been issued subsequent to the telecon.
